LEARN MOREABOUT SLAC

Making a difference! Making a statement.

The Sports Leadership Academy (SLAC) is dedicated to raising a new generation of transformational leaders through sports. Our mission is to provide comprehensive sports training and education, mentorship, and character-building training that will equip and empower athletes, coaches, and sports professionals to excel not only in their sports but also as influential leaders, driving positive change in their communities and beyond.

Our Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model is our holistic approach to participation in sports that breaks development down into seven stages with emphasis on individual stage goals and needs. The main objective is to improve the quality of sport and physical activity, such as participation, performance, and overall experience, of athletes in sports over a long period of time, irrespective of ability, background, or gender.
